Managing EasyLinks

Share, Edit, and Deactivate your EasyLink.

EasyLinks can be managed right from the Send+Manage tab of your Proof Business account. From here, you can click the [...] icon on an EasyLink and see its sharing options, edit the EasyLink, or deactivate it.

Bulk Deactivating EasyLinks

You can also bulk deactivate EasyLinks by checking them off and clicking "Deactivate":

Reactivating EasyLinks

To reactivate an EasyLink, click the Inactive tab, and select the [...] icon on the EasyLink you'd like to reactivate, and click Reactivate. You can also bulk reactivate EasyLinks, in the same manner you would bulk deactivate.
